Arianespace(ASA)CommercialOneWeb satellite constellation is intended to provide global Internet broadband service for individual consumers. The constellation is planned to have around 720 microsatellites, around 150 kg each, operating in Ku-band from low Earth orbit. Eventually it can be expanded to include extra 1260 satellites, for a total of 1980.

The Ensemble de Lancement Soyouz (ELS) is a launch complex at the Guiana Space Centre in Kourou/Sinnamary, French Guiana. It was used by Soyuz-ST rockets: modified versions of the Soyuz-2 optimised for launch from Kourou under Soyuz at the Guiana Space Centre programme.
